Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date an order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that custom items are non-refundable as they are made to order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it.
While we encourage trying the pool out, please make sure the original hangtag is still attached and the item is clean and free of any debris. Please check the inside of the pool as well as the inside of any attached straps. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Order Cancellation
We offer immediate cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. If you change your mind during that time, simply email us at support@ipoolgoo.com and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Important: After 24 hours, cancellation and refund are no longer possible for pool orders, as each pool is manufactured individually according to your specifications. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, and once in progress, it cannot be paused or reversed.
Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
All refunds will be provided in full minus the shipping & handling fee, unless the return is due to our mistake.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us via email. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping & handling fees may apply.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was not marked properly, the refund will go to the gift giver.
How to Return
Email us at support@ipoolgoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.
Free Gift or BOGO Return Policy
If a free gift was included with your purchase, it must be returned in unused condition. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
